Introduction of Full Auto QT10-15 Series Brick Making Machine
1.Brief information of QT10-15 Series Brick machine:
1) Fully Auto. The high efficiency cement hollow brick/block making machine is fully automatic with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control. Man-machine interface, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So the brick machine doesn't need a professional person but only a simple training person to operate it.
2) The raw material could be all kinds of construction waste material, cinder, fly ash and a small amount of cement as raw material. The hollow brick making machine can produce various bricks/blocks including dock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, sod bricks, hydraulic block, shallow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
3) The output bricks could be molded into Various types, Like hollow brick, bread brick, pave bricks, multi-hollow brick, interlocking brick, etc
4) High capacity is suitable for large scare producing manufacture. More than 100,000 pieces of brick every day.
