1 Biomass Feeding Devices
It consist of buffer silo and screw conveyor . Screw conveyor is used to send satisfied biomass into furnace. The sent biomass amount is regulated
based on the load of gasifier
2 Gasifier body
Gasifier body is composed of auto ignition devices, air distributing chamber , Dense-phase zone ,and floating zone . Biomass is gasified here
and converted into hot gas .

3 Ignition Devices
Ignition Devices is fixed on the front of air distributor to ignite gasifier automatically . The fuel is diesel .
4 Sand Feeding Device
Sand Feeding Devices consist of sand silo , screw conveyor . Satisfied sand is sent to furnace . to regulate rotate speed of sand feeding screw conveyor control sand amount fed into furnace so as to meet the demand of gasification system.
5 Air Distributing Device
Air distributor is composed of air blower , air distributor and wind cap . Primary air is sprayed to dense-phase zone to make sure evenly fluiding and gasifying.in the middle of air distributor ,slag discharging pipe is fixed .
