1. Our MZLP-Series is designed specially to make biomass/wood pellet.
2. The life of the roller and template on MZLP-Series can get to 300-500 hours which is 2 times longer comparing with the domestic manufactures. The raw material of our spare parts is from 20CrMnTi or 40Cr.
3. All the electrical spare parts of MZLP-Series have CE Certificate.
4. We match the special reducer on MZLP-Series which can guarantee the density and good quality of wood pellet.
5. We can make pure wood pellet without any additives and the density of wood pellet is 1.1-1.4.
Our corporation and workshop
In past 12 years, our mother company mainly design, and build machines, plants, and turn-key production factories for the conditioning and compacting of many different products. Our pelletizing plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle sizes, moisture contents, and bulk densities.
From 2004, we began to constantly develop our machines in order to satisfy the need of bio-fuel energy. Now our MZLH-Series pelletizing presses are particularly appropriate for products which are difficult to pellet, such as the Wood Waste (Logs, Wood Shavings, Wood Chips, Saw Dust), Straw (Miscanthus, Bagasse) and the other Biomasses. Our pelletizing presses with a drive power from 5.5kw to 160kw to make different size pellet. We plan and calculate wood/straw pelletizing plants according to the requirement of the customer considering the capacity and the local conditions between 1-26ton/1hour. We have completed over 300 turn-key projects on wood pellet plant in China with 1-6ton/1hour; and exported 30 complete plants to Hungary, Sweden, Malaysia, UK, Vietnam, Ukraine, Greece, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia, Spain, and New Zealand.
