This wood charcoal making carbonization machine belongs to the charcoal industry, with features of carbonization fast and no smoke or little smoke and little pollution. It's the new coking equipment with high efficiency. The working principle of the wood charcoal making carbonization machine is : put the raw material in the inner stoves, seal the cover with fine sand soil, then hoist the inner stoves inside the furnace, heating the bottom of inner stoves by setting fire at the heating room(under the furnace). The raw material in the inner stove will come to the drying procedure(100-280 centi-degree), and then carbonization procedure(280-400 centi-degree). When it rise to the temperation starting carbonization procedure, connect the gas recycling pipe, leading the exhaust gas returning to the heating room to burn as fuel, heating the inner stove. This coconut shell bbq charcoal stove is the cylinder shape. The whole single furnace consists of main furnace(outer stove), carbon basket(inner stove), fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment.
