This bamboo charcoal furnace belongs to the charcoal industry, with features of carbonization fast and no smoke or little smoke and little pollution. It's the new coking equipment with high efficiency.
The working principle of biomass briquette charcoal furnace : put raw material into the inner stoves, seal the cover with fine sand soil, then hoist the inner stoves inside the furnace, heating the bottom of inner stoves by setting fire at the heating room(under the furnace). The raw material in the inner stove will come to the drying procedure(100-280 centi-degree), and then hoist charcoal making machine carbonization procedure(280-400 centi-degree). When it rise to the temperation starting carbonization procedure, connect the gas recycling pipe, leading the exhaust gas returning to the heating room to burn as fuel, heating the inner stove.

This bamboo charcoal making machine is the cylinder shape. The whole single furnace consists of main furnace(outer stove), carbon basket(inner stove), fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment.
Features of our hoist charcoal furnace : 1. easy to operate and maintain, higher safety, energy saving. 2. High carbonization ratio, no smoke, little pollution, high efficiency. 3.This wood carbonization furnace is our newly developed charcoal making furnace, which can dry the mateiral with the the superfluous energy produced in the process of carbonization. 6-8hours per stove and the inner basket can work continuously by shift. 4. the bbq charcoal briquette stove has smoke purifying system, smoke can be filtered before be discharged to air.

Raw materials for hoist charcoal furnace
Raw material can be wood timber, wood branch, machine-made sawdust briquette, coconut shell, palm shell, palm fiber, bamboo, etc.
To meet different capacity, we have different models, single furnace, two connected furnace, three connected furnace, four connected furnace.
