The machine is made of cutting device, crushing device and air blower. The woods are cut into small pieces through the cutting device and sent into the second device to crush without drying them. The final sawdust will be sent to the gathering palce by the air blow. The whole machine only need one electric motor, with simple structure, working stable, low energy consumption, high output and low cost.

Working principle of wood crusher machine

Wood crusher machine for making sawdust can automaticly grind the wood into sawdust .
Feed the materials inlet, first through blade, cut into grind room, mill under the impaction of high speed revolved hammer and reaction of blade cutting, though sieves wind power produced by inner wind leaves sent to outlet or outlay fan send to outlet.
The size of finished material is determined by adjust the length of blade and the diameter size of sieve, so as to satisfy different requirement.

The operation process

1.This wood log cusher is very easy to operate.When you use it to crush wood logs you just need to start it and put the raw wood log into the feed port,after the whole processing inside the machine,the finished sawdust will be come out from the discharge hole.
2.Keep in mind that never make your hand cross the protection plate in the feed port to ensure the safty of your hand.
