Anthracite filter media is a kind of filter material for water treatment. The product chooses high quality anthracite coal as raw material and is produced by selecting, washing, screening, powdering. The artificial classification of the producs reduces the ash content and the irrelevant minerals. By filtering and washing, it can ensure the product is suitable for water purificaton. It is generally used as double deck and three layers rapid filtration materials. Anthracite dissolves in the neutral, alkaline and acid solvent, so it is stable in the chemical properties. The product also has excellant adsorbablity, high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, and so on. The all indexes can reach the construction( CJ/T44-1999) standard.
Features
1. High mechanical strength, broken rate and wear rate should be not more than 3%.
2. Stable chemical properties, not contain poisonous and harmful substances and not dissove in general acid , nuetral and alkaline water.
3.The size grading is reasonable, and the specific surface area is large. Product appearance has edges, is luster and sieves three times by mechanical vibration, gradation is accord with relevant technical indexes.
