Product process:
Nut shell activated carbon uses high quality coconut shell, almond shell, peach shell as raw material, it is made by carbonization, activation and catalytic by superheated steam, the appearance is black amorphous granular, through series production processing an activated carbon.
Performance:
Black, granular. Have good abrasive resistance, developed porosity, high adsorption properties and strength, easy regeneration, economic and durability.
Useage:
Nut shell activated carbon is widely used in drinking water, industrial water, the deep wastewater purification. Living, industrial water purification and gas adsorption. Also can be used for industrial gas desulfurization, petroleum catalytic reforming, gas separation, pressure swing adsorption, air drying, food preservation, gas masks, solution media carrier. The products also have bleaching, purification, edulcoration, deodorization, to smell, the carrier, purification, recycling, and other functions. Nut shell activated carbon is also used for dringking water, pure water, wine, beverages and industrial wastewater of purification, bleaching, dechlorination, deodorization. Nut shell activated caron can also be used in the refining industry sweetening.
Nut shell activate carbon have high requirements for water pretreatment, and activated carbon have high priced, activated carbon is mainly used to remove trace contaminants in wastewater, in order t achieve the purpose of deep purification.
