Working Principle of Yufeng Brand Powder Classifier
During working, powder is sent to the inhaling pipe by input screw,  by high pressure positive blower’s absorb, the powder come into the cavity with the air flow ,vertical put classification wheels do high speed whirl by motor and cause some volution air stream, then the qualified powder will come to the output through the classification wheel lamina’s gap by air stream; un-qualified powders will be send to bowl’s inner wall by centrifugal force, and along the inner wall to the second air input box to do second time classification, qualified powder will come to the second classification room for second time classification, unqualified powder will come to coarse powder output by gravity. After classification powder will come to whirl wind separator to be qualified powder, some non-separated powder will collect by high efficiency dust catcher to be qualified powder, the air by dust catcher and purify, then come out through high pressure draft fan. The whole system is working under sub pressure environment, so no powder come out to air.
