♣ Product Feature of MZLH series of Wood pellet machine
1.Main transmission is gear transmission with high precision and the ring die adopt the
technology of quick release and hoop type.So the efficiency is higher 20% than the belt transmission.
2.The transmission parts of the machine include bearing and oil seal,they are imported and high
quality so as to ensure the transmission efficiency, stable, low noise.
3. Using the compensation type snake-like spring coupling with high quality. It have the advantages of novel structure, compact,safe,low fault etc..
4. The machine have special feeding mechanism,it can make the feeding evenly.It is special
designed for pressing various lightweight materials of 0.3-0.6g/cm3.
5. The machine is equipped with overload protection device and can protect the main machine
in the working process.
6. The rotating speed of the feed auger is adjustable to meet various output.
7. The ring die is manufactured by advanced machine with high technology and the material is
alloy steel,so the life time is very long and the wood pellet produced by this ring die have high
quality and smooth apperance.
8. The machine have mould lifting device,it is convenient to replace the new mould for our
customer.

♣ Working process of MZLH series of Wood pellet machine
A. Preparing raw materials: All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.
B. Drying process: Before going to the pellet machine, the moisture of sawdust must be controlled in 10-15%. This process can be realized by a drum dryer.
C. Feeding process: The dry sawdust is delivered by a conveyer into the stock bin which is installed over the feed hopper.
D. Pressing process: After the sawdust delivered into the ring die of wood pellet machine, we can start the wood pellet machine. The sawdust will be pressed through rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the sawdust and extrudes it through the holes in the die
