Product Description

Vacuum distillation Metallurgy Solution

Vacuum distillation furnace is a newly developed distillation furnace by Unionsum. Now it is widely used by customer to recover Sn, Sb, Bi, Ag, and Cd from silver foam, hot galvanizing Zn residue, Sn Sb Ag drosses of refining process, slag, Lead eletro-refining anode slime, Copper eletro-refining anode slime and so on. Its main power is that it can separate Sn, Zn, Ag, Pb and Sb from each other when they are in the alloy.

Brief process description

Decrease boiling point of metals in alloy under vacuum
Distil & purify each low boiling point(≤2000°C) metal from alloy
Leave & purify high boiling point metals
Produce liquid metal or nanoscale powder by control of the condensation speed

Principle



Each metal has its own vapor pressure, so vacuum distillation technology depends on the different metal with different vapor pressure to separate metal from alloy. Function of pure metal vapor pressure and temperature is as follows:
