1. Introduction
The auto stripping solution is used to strip , receive, transfer, stack and weigh zinc cathode, mainly consisting of conveyor, stripping unit, brake unit, transfer, stacking weighing and lifting unit.

3. Application
The stripping solution make sure wide application of large cathode electro-winning technology, 20 persons for 100,000tpa zinc cathode productivity, 90% electricity effect, zinc cathode electricity consumption 2850kw per ton.
4. Components
4.1 Washing unit: The washing unit consists of conveyor and brushing facility. The conveyor can transfer cathode reversible.
4.2 Anode trolley: The trolley is used to transfer anode from electro-winning workshop to flatting and washing unit, with largest capacity 111pcs anode.
4.3 Anode flatting and washing unit: The anode is lift up to the proper position, and then be clapped by flatting facility and washed, and finally be sent to anode trolley.
5. Application
Automatic stripping machine (include chain conveyor, stripper, brake unit, Zn sheet transfer machine, stacker)—has been inspected and accepted by Chinalco and other industry experts, and its performance has reached international standard.
