Polymer Concrete Electrolytic Cell for Zinc metallurgical plant
Unionsum provides tailor-made, environmentally sound and optimized solutions for Zinc electro-refining / electro-winning plants. Crane positioning pin, acid mist pipelines, and anode mortise are embedded with cells.
1. Lifetime And Operating Cost
Under normal working operation, the lifetime of the cell body is equal or greater than 20 years. There is not parking lost and maintenance cost unless the man-made or an accident. The operating cost is almost zero.
2. Warranty Period
We supplies goods with a warranty period of 18 months from delivery to customer or 12 months from the equipment on site installation and commissioning. In the warranty period, if the equipment or the parts emerge quality problems for our reasons, we offer repairing or exchanging service for free, and the warranty will be extended for another 12 months.
