Coreless Mains Frequency Induction Furnace for Zinc Smelting
This Coreless Mains Frequency Induction Furnace is widely applied in smelting and heat insulation of Zinc ingots, Aluminum ingots and Zinc alloy to supply qualified Zinc solution for casting.
Structure: It is made up of mechanical part and electrical part. The former includes furnace shaft, water-cooled rack and hydraulic system. And furnace shaft is made up of inductor, magnetic yoke, furnace rack, anchor, furnace cover, water-cooled cable. Furnace cover is operated by hydraulic pressure. The latter is made up of voltage regulator, compensating capacitor, balance reactor, control cabinet, front operation desk.
Characteristics
- Designed by CAD, reliably and accurately;
- High quality copper tubes are applied as furnace induction coils which coated H grade insulation material.
- Furnace core are adopted low-loss non-oriented silicon steel, and adopted crescent- type laminated structure, which makes electromagnetic coupling good, and furnace loss low.
- Furnace electrical part is adopted electrical components produced by joint venture, running reliably.
- Furnace hydraulic pumps and valves are adopted high quality product to make sure turndown stable and reliable.
It is widely used to melting Zinc ingot and Zinc alloy ingot, heat holding, and provide qualified Zinc liquid.
