1. Application

    Equipped with Zinc melting furnace, made up of straight line casting machine, ingot stacking conveyor, ingots conveyor roller, ingot arrangement and stacking system, hydraulic system, electric control system and so on, used for casting and stacking of zinc ingot and zinc alloy ingot.

2. Advantages

• The whole production line is controlled by PLC, which can be adjusted speed of straight line casting machine and ingot stacking conveyor according to the output requirements. Ingot stacking is all achieved by the hydraulic control.

• High productivity, maximum output up to 10 tons /hour, fully equipped with the existing types of melting furnaces.
