FAQ
About the pellet mill operation,some particulars details,please keep firmly in mind
1)Raw materials size,
Before pressing pellets,the raw materials should be powder,normally the pellets diamter is 4-8mm,
so the best suitable raw materials size is 4-6mm.
2)raw matrials moisture,
it is the most important for pellets with suitable moisture.normally is 15%-20%.different raw materials have a little distance,please have a try with more patience
3)Add adhesive.
If your raw materials are hard,it is not easy to hold together,we recommend you to add some adhesive, this way can help to raw materials holding togeter easily.
4)Use steam.
There is pipe between the boiler and modulator of pellet mill,it can transfer the steam to the pellet mill during the machine working,this way can soft raw materials and adjust the raw materials moisture,so the capacity is higher,the spare parts lifetime is longer.
5)the distance between roller and die
Between roller and die friction each other,the pellets can be pressed out,so before pressing the pellets please tighten the screw of the pellet mill,make sure have no distance between roller and die.
