will be repeatedly lifted and scattered by the lifting board on the rotating wall, and in the falling process, the
materials will be crushed by the scattering device into fine particles whose specific area is greatly
increased, and the fine materials will sufficiently contact the hot air and will be dried.

the hot air, thus accelerating the heat transfer and mass transfer.
3.In the drying process, under the lifting board with a certain inclination and the heat media, the materials
will move to the lower end of bagasse rotary drier and be discharged.

Working Principle of bagasse rotary drier
bagasse rotary drier is consist of heating device, feeding device, transport device, discharge device, dust extraction device and other connecting parts. For the installation process, the bagasse rotary drier should slopes slightly so that the discharge end of bagasse rotary drier is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the bagasse rotary drier under gravity. Material to be dried enters the bagasse rotary drier , and as the bagasse rotary drier rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the bagasse rotary drier . When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of bagasse rotary drier , passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
