Performance characteristics
Straw fuel after molding, the characteristic of pellet fuel, than the big,small size, resistant to buring, easy storage and transportation. after forming the volume is 1/30 the size of the raw materials, the proportio of 10~15 times that of raw material(density as follows: 0.8~1.4), calorific value of up to 3400~6000 calories, is a solid fuel high volatile phenol.
Introduction:
This pellet machine is our of generation product. It Mainly used for grinding of corn straw, crop waste, bamboo powder, hay, straw, husk and block etc to pellets.The machine also mainly used in feedstuff producing industry.
The machine uses the gear box and power consumption is less, the structure is reasonable, economical durable.
The final pellets’ length can be adjusted, diameter 6-30mm for option before ordering. Density: 1.0-1.3t/m3
Working Principle:
Raw materials with water content no greater than 15% enter into screw feeder through hopper, through adjusting the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material, the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling with supplies, then through the enforced feeder, enter the pressing room to pelletize finally.

1.This pellet machine is small volume, save the electricity, low noise and can transmission feeding speed. Our machine has the characteristic as follows: structure in reason, exterior beauty, and stable performance.
2.The machine can be used φ2.5, φ3, φ4, φ5, φ6, φ8 such as aperture ring mode, the user can choose according to need.
3.Iron absorption with the security of the machine device,can prevent the production of iron impurities in the process of mixing, also equipped with a safety pin device, overload protection.
4.Suitable for small and medium-sized farm for personal use or for small and medium-sized feeds manufacture, it’s capacity is 2 to5t/h, can be used with feed manufacture of dusty that annual output is 5000-10000t.

Generally,we adopt standard containers, bare main machine, motors and small parts are packed in wooden cases Or depend on your demands.
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
