JYM series construction concrete brick making machine is a new type hydraulic and autoclaved brick making machine we newly push which adopts international advanced brick making technology,under domestic brick making operate level and specific condition of different materials.It has advanced forming process, control principle and control mode. Upgraded and optimized points,such as structural layout, pressure, molding blocks, feeding height, exhaust way and so on, lead multi-stage pressure add and multiple exhaust working way.
Main features of construction concrete brick making machine
1.This block making machine has three-beam and four column model and electronic control system
control cabinet;
2.The hydraulic system components are imported from abroad like proportional valve and electric control
variable pump;
3.The hydraulic pump station of this block machine adopts compact layout and modular valve block and
main oil pump adopts Germany rexroth electronically controlled variable pump.
4. The Electric control operating system of the brick making machine offers closed-loop control for the
whole production process and electronic components adopt German Siemens S7-300 digital controller;
5.The digital linear displacement sensor are installed in the suppression of oil cylinder and adopts
compound fabric form which is a patented technology of our company;
6.The pressing machine adopts lateral mold changing structure;
7.The host of this brick machine adopts inverted pressing way (from down to up pressure) and the feeding
car handle realizes multifunctional.
