Brief Intoduction of Pan Granulator:
Pan Granulator also called disc granulator,disc grain making machine,fertilizer machine,it is a kind of fertilizer equipment mainly used to process fertilizers into specific shapes, and suit to handle material with 10-30% moisture.Particles processed by this granulator are of the same size. Features of this disc granulator include simple structure, high granulating efficiency, reliable performance, easy operation, and longer service life, etc.
Application of Pan Granulator :
1. It is one of common equipments in compound fertilizer industry. Generally, it is applicable to smaller scale fertilizer production of medium, and low concentration. The slope degree of its pan can be adjusted from 40°to 55°.The machines has the advantages of high granulating rate, homogeneous grain, high strength, easy to operate, convenient maintenance.
2. The pan revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane driven by the motor through reducer.. The powder will rise along with the revolving pan under the friction between the powder and the pan, on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of its gravity. At the same time, the powder is to the pan edge because of the centrifugal force. The powder material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. It gradually becomes the required size, then overflows by the pan edge. It has the advantages of high granulating rate, homogeneous grain, high strength, easy to operate, convenient maintenance.

Working principle of Pan Granulator:
Its working principle: this series of products by the main motor drive pulley and belt, through the reducer drive pinion, pinion interlocking with big gear which fixed in the bottom, work oppsite. Big gear with special reasonable design, installed on the main shaft fixed on the frame to adjust plate, to support the work of the granulating disc (this machine is used to spray machine).The material enter the granulating disc,after continuing rotation of the granulating disc and spray device, material sticking evenly to be particles together. In this machine granulation upper plate has design of the automatic cleaning device, preventing the of wall material viscosity, thus greatly improving the service life of the machine. With the constant rotation of motor, materials into unceasingly, can realize the mass production, has reached to the needs of the user.
