Dot mica-titanium pearlescent pigment is cosisted of grinding mica powder coated with titanium dioxide and(or )metal oxide. They present rainbow thunder-and-lighting interference color by the multiple reflection when the white light shining on the flakes surface, they produce different colors or other metal oxide film, which gives a kind of profound 3D texture and a soft light feeling .It can also show various of color effect, imitating the natural color and creating colorful adornment effect.
Dot pearl pigment has the perfermance characteristics like good color effect, lower density, light-resistance, heat-resistance, weather- resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, not conductive , not magnetic and stable chemical properties.So it is widely use in paint, plastic, rubber, ink, paper textile, cosmetic, ornaments,crafts, leather, ceramics, enamel, packing,printing,decoration and building material etc industries.

Color testing is more difficule work, because pearl pigments have various products with different color and they may be in small color difference. The traditional way is deponding on vision, with the development of technology, now dot is using color spectrometre to test and measure color of pearl pigments. We welcome our customers to send us the samples they are using now. We will test the samples, do the comparison, and recommend our similar items to our customer. Or we will adjust the quality according to customers’ request.
We welcome the chance to send our samples to customers to test. If our samples can match customers standard, we will move to orders. If they can’t match customers standard, we will resend samples according to the quality difference
