This series is applicable to compressing various metal leftover materials, such as metal scraps, steel shavings, waste steel, waste aluminum, waste copper, waste stainless steel and abandoned cars, etc, into qualified charging including square, cylinder, octagon body and other shapes.The purpose is to reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, thus, enhancing the speed of casting materials into furnace. This series is suitable to steel plants, waste recycling companies, non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industry.
Characters:
(1) All machines adopt hydraulic driven system. Users can choose to control manually or automatically by PLC.
(2) Bales come out by overturning, lateral or front pushing and manual discharging.
(3) Various types are optional according to different pressures, chambers sizes, bale sizes and shapes.
(4) Diesel can be used at the place without electric power supply.
