LEVELING AGENT JLE-2
[Product overview] Leveling agent for polyester JLE-2 is a new high-tem and high-pressure leveling agent that incorporated with dispersion, retarding, leveling and migration. There are low-tem retarding and its dispersing composition, high-tem migration and its leveling composition in its formulation. It has fine anti-agglomeration property to oligomer, and it could prevent the stain and color spot in the cloth cover to make fabrics look even, pure and supple.
[Main ingredient] ether carboxylic acids fat and alkyl (aryl) ether of anionic active agents.

appearance: Brown liquid
PH value: 6.5-7.5

water soluble: soluble in water
[Application method] mainly for disperse dyes for dyeing of polyester and its blends. Suitable for high temperature high pressure overflow dyeing machine and other high temperature dyeing process of dyeing equipment.
[Operation directions] for 125-135 ℃ high temperature dyeing, dyeing process of 60min. Recommended dosage
light: 1-2g/L
middle: 0.5-1 g/L
dark: 0.3-0.5g/L
[Note]
1, disperse dye is dyed in acid bath, so fabrics by the alkali decrement treatment should be scoured off residual alkali and hydrolysed oligomers to prevent specks and color spots.
2, Due to its good migration, increment of it could modify slight dyeing defect and specks, and dosage could be referred to according to detailed conditions.
3, heating rate when dyeing remains stable, in order to ensure uniformity of dye dyeing.
[Packaging and storage] packaging 50kg-125 plastic barrels, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
