LEVELING AGENT JL-40
[Brief Introduction]
This product is developed specially for reactive dyes and direct dyes. And it is environment friendly
for not containing APEO. It promotes solubility, dispersion and leveling effect of reactive and direct
dyes, preventing dyeing defects, such as Weather mark, color deviation, alkali stain in cotton dyeing.
Because this product has special structure and can potently control the dyeing rate of fabric hard to
be dyed, the yield and quality (fastnesses, shade, etc) of colored fabric will be improved, which means
the cost of the production will be reduced.
[Outstanding Features]
- Provides uniform dyeing uptake for match dyeing of multi dyes, resulting in eliminating dyeing defects, such as mottled appearance, color difference and bar mark, and improving levelness.
- Displays the leveling property most obviously in light-color dyeing operations of reactive dyes and dyeing processes of sensitive reactive dyes such as Bright blue and Brown.
[Directions of Application]
1,Used in dyeing processes of cotton and linen fabrics
2,Add the product into the dye bath at normal temperature, stir to mix well before adding the reactive dyes, and then heat the dye bath slowly, and keep the rate of temperature rise at 1°C/min. Suggested application levels are 0.5-1.5ml/l.

Stir to mix well before using and keep the container of left product sealed.
