JL-1227 Leveling Agent for Acrylic Fiber
[Brief Introduction] The product (also named Retarding agent) is a fairly ideal retarding/leveling agent for cationic dyes. It retards the absorption of cationic dyes on fiber. This product has affinity to acrylic fiber, resulting in competitive dyeing against the cationic dyes and absorbing on fibers temporarily in dyeing process. As the temperature increase, the absorbed retarding agents give place to dye molecules gradually, and protracted dyeing and leveling dyeing are obtained. A large amount of foams is produced when the product was shook.

Based on the weight of fiber
Cationic dyes X kg
1227 surface active agent 1-3%
Sodium sulfite 5%
pH ≤4.5-5
Double the usual amount of JL-1227 Surface Active Agent can strip the redundant dyes on over-colored fibers.
[Notice]
Stir to mix well before using,and keep the container of the left product sealed after using.
[Package and Storage]
50kg,125kg,150kg in plastic drums.
Storage and Transportation:
Stored in cool, dry and ventilative warehouse and protected from freezing and sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months when Stored and transported as non-toxic and non-dangerous product.
