Non-formaldehyde Fixing Agent JL-100
[Brief Introduction]Application of reactive dyeing is restricted by the poor fastnesses of reactive dyed fabric and adverse effect of fixation with traditional fixing agent. The product is environment friendly for not containing formaldehyde and APEO. Moreover, it improves fastness of dyed fabric. It is suitable for various techniques such as exhaust dyeing and pad dyeing. It is not only economic to use, but also convenient to operation.

Solubility: Compatible with water in any ratio
[Characteristics and Capabilities]
1. It is mainly suitable for after-fixation of reactive dyes and direct dyes on cellulose fiber. It does not contain formaldehyde, and greatly enhances color fastness with no adverse effect on color shade of the fabric. This product is especially suitable for neutral fixation. It provides super fixation effect to most dyes, but it changes the shade slightly when used for color fixing process of Bright Blue and Green.
2. Provide high fixation yield with comparatively low cost.

Discontinuous Machine:(Reference Application Level)
Light Color:0.5~1.0%(O.W.F)
Medium Shade:1~2%(O.W.F)
Deep Color:3~5%(O.W.F)
Liquor Ratio:1:10~1:20 Temperature:40~60℃ Period of time : 20~30min
[Important Note]
1. The fabric to be fixed should be fully soaped before fixing process, avoiding adverse reaction with anionic
2. PH of fixing bath should be below 5.5
3. Tools for weighing fixing agent should not be used to weigh materials of different ionic nature.
4. Stir to mix well before using and keep the container of the left product sealed for using next time
