[Brief Introduction]

As special nonionic composite surfactants, it is especially suitable for pretreatment of cotton, linen and their blends in overflow jet machine. For its special chemical structure, this product provides super pretreating effects of penetrating, emulsifying, non-foaming and uniform scouring with low dosage

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow half-transparent liquid

pH:5~7(1% Aqueous Solution)

Ionic Nature: Nonionic

Solubility in Water: Readily soluble in water

[Characteristics and Capabilities]

1. Non-foaming, avoiding the running problems and secondary pollution caused by foams

2. Provides excellent penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing and cleaning effects

3. High active-ingredients content, providing good pre-treating effect and avoiding high loss of weight

4. Readily soluble in water; easily formulated in operation liquid; stability of the operation liquid is good

5. Displays good biological degradability; not containing APEO; avoiding the adverse effect of silicone spot aggregation caused by adding antifoaming agent.

Non-foaming Scouring Agent JL-3F        0.3-0.6 g/L

NaOH                               1-2 g/ L

Hydrogen peroxide                      3-5 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer JL-23 or JL-21    1.5-2 g/L

Chelating dispersant                  1-2 g/L

Liquor Ratio1:10~15,98℃×30~60min→Rinsing with Hot water→Rinsing with Cold Water→Drying
