Substitution acid JL-F
[Brief Introduction]
Substitution acid JL.F is one kind of compound organic acid, its essential component is hydroxyl alky, prohibit the existence of sulfate radical and all kinds of inorganic acid. It is applied in textile dyeing industry, its performance and effect can achieve the technical requirement, do no damage to the fiber.

[Directions of Application]
Substitution acid JL.F is used in the dyeing finishing of loose fiber, yarn, fabrics and blendings of cellulose fiber like cotton, linen,viscose, polyester, acrylic and nylon etc. It can act as conditioner for all kinds of acid washing and dyeing bath ph value, fixing agent and resin finishing agent etc, its performance and effect are superior to other dyeing acid, it does no harm to fiber, the ph value of dyeing bath is stable, there will be no acid and precipitation in the dyeing bath, and it will not be affected by hard water, it could improve the dyeing rate and leveling property of dyestuff.
[Reference Formulation]
It is used as neutralizer for all kind of acid washing, ph value conditioner, dyeing auxiliary for dyeing wool and silk with weak acid,solvent, retarding agent and ph value conditioner for cationic dyes dyeing acrylic, auxiliary and ph value conditioner for dispersing dyes dyeing polyester.
Reference amount used:
- 1. The dosage of JL-F is 0.28g/L when the PH value of the solution is 3.5.
- 2. Substitution acid JL.F amount used is 0.56g/L When PH value of solution reaches about to 4.5, but glacial acetic acid with content up to 99% amount used is 1.2g/L, compared to glacial acetic acid with 99% of content. JL-F can save about half of the dosage.
- 3. Substitution acid JL.F amount used is 0.5g/ L When solution PH reaches about to 5, its dosage is equal to glacial acetic acid with content up to 99%.
- 4. It could replace citric acid to reduce the cost largely due to its less dosage compared to citric acid.
