Main features:

1. Engine: Japanese Robin6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP hand starting four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine (option for electrical starting gasoline or diesel or liquefied gas engine).
2. Marking shoe: The marking shoe body is welded by imported high temperature, shock resistance, abrasion resistance and high strength steel sheet. It has much better operability, leak tightness, sensibility and stability. The plinth is made of imported anti-oxidation, heat resistance and abrasion resistance steel and adopts screeding structure, which makes the structure more firm, no leak, more regular marking head. Floor knife that contacts with the ground directly adopts imported hard tungsten steel knife-head, which has good anti-sticky ability and abrasion resistance to ensure marking straight and neat. The standard configuration of the marking shoe is 150mm.
3. Paint tank: The heating preservation tank which is made of stainless steel or cold-rolled anti-oxidation steel equips with a erect type hand stirrer device. Capacity: 65L.The heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-230°C) according to the different kinds of paint chosen by users.
4. Marking width and thickness: Change different marking shoe with different specifications (100, 150, 200, 300mm)according to the needs of projects. The thickness can be freely adjusted in a regulated scope (1.5-2.5mm) through adjusting the floor knife.
5. Heating mode: Use diesel or gasoline injecting type heater, which can save fuel by 50% compared with general gas heater. Fuel tank capacity: 8L.
6. Driving system: Imported oil pressurized continuously variable speed transmission system (HTS) with automatic brake device that can freely go ahead, back off and stop.
7. Driving speed: Forward 0-4km/h, back off 0-3.2km/h.
8. Maximum climbing capacity: 15°.
9. Glass beads bin: Bin with window, which can check the quantity of glass bead. Capacity: 14L.
10. Glass beads dispenser: Automatic quantitative dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system, ensures dispensing glass beads much evener and more economical.
11.Chassis: the firm welding frame, whose surface has been coated chrome or treated by high temperature spraying, equipped high speed type imported bearing ensures the whole machine running lightly and more convenient.
12. Rear wheel directional device: lockable directional device can ensure the road-marking machine moving in straight lines and turning freely in curved road.
