High Intensity Magnetic Separator Machinery for Quartzite

iron ore  Magnetic Separator  machinery  has been used successfully in industrial minerals processing in China. This machine incorporates high intensity rare earth Neodymium permanent magnetic roll assembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control and specification to generate unsurpassed Magnetic Field Gradients. Under this high intensity magnetic field, weakly magnetic contamination can be removed efficiently.

Feature:

Magnetic rolls available in 75 and 300mm diameters with widths up to 1000mm and magnetic field 13,000-17,000 Gauss to  more . A 1 horsepower, variable speed DC/AC geared motor (drive adjustable from 0 to 150 RPM) drives the roll. Vibration feeder with control is provided for feeding. Abrasion resistant endless conveyor belts with a thickness of 0.3mm are provided for the machine.

This machine is most useful in various types of industrial minerals applications, such as the beneficiation of abrasive, refractory and ceramic raw material (i.e., alumina, silica, carbide, magnesite, quartzite, etc), ultra high purity quartz cleaning, graphite upgrading, manganese ore beneficiation, bauxite upgrading, diamond ore beneficiation, selective separation of garnet / ilmenite / rutile, zircon, beneficiation of iron ores, recovery of metals from slag, removal of iron silicates from limestone or magnesite, glass raw materials cleaning silica sand, quartz, feldspar, dolomite, etc.
