KS series mark detection photoelectric switch(Color Mark Sensor) is the new products redesigned based on the original Z3N series.It has more reasonable internal circuit and optical structure, the product performance will be more stable.
KS series of mark detection photoelectric switch(Color Mark Sensor) is issued by its own source oflight and scanning on the object surface. Different surface colors cause the different amount of light reflected back, so as to achieve the identification of the mark.
Main Features:
1.Coaxial optical path design,more flexible on the surface with high reflection coefficient(Such as aluminum foil etc)
2.With blue, green, red and other light source, easy to distinguish different colors.
3.Small light ponit,extremely high resolution.
4.0.1-1ms higher response speed,suitable for various packing machine, bag making machine and the control need of printing machinery.
5.Excellent internal circuit design, resistance to all kinds of electromagnetic, stray light interference.Excellent performance, stable operation, error-free action.
6.With a sensitive adjustment knob, no need to use tools to adjust.
