Operation theory:
Mainly used for accurate measurement of ink viscosity, accurate color. Japanese technology seiko production, apply to the workshop, the factory or laboratory, for a quick check and adjust a variety of different viscosity of the fluid.
Each dip cup has a ring of 12 inches long handle, with the hand held the handle can be soaking cup into the container.
