The introduction of wood crusher
Wood crusher is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood with 50-250 mm (diameter). During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved.The wood crusher combines chipping with crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly. The final diameter of wood can reach to 2-5 mm, which is suitable for further drying and briquetting.

Structure of wood crusher
It is composed of machine body, knife chipping part, chips re-crushing part andsieving part,etc.It combines both chipping and crush in one machine, can make sawdust in one passage, no need to use wood chipper for preprocessing of wood logs.
Working principle of wood crusher
1,At the edge of cutter, there are several blades, when the wood crusher is working, the rotator will do fast rotarion and drive cutter do rotation.
2.When the raw material get into the inner of wood crusher, the balde will continuously cut the raw material and the harmmers is repeatly beat the material until the final material can pass the screen.
3.The rotator also drive the wind wheels, and the wind wheel can produce the strong wind to blow the final material all the time.
4.The final material come ourt from the discharge port of wood crusher under the influence of storng wind and gravity.
