1. Cylinder Block:
High-quality alloy cast iron for rigidity performance and good stability, wet and replaceable cylinder liners for better heat rejection performance.
2. Head and Valve:
4 valves per cylinder optimize the mixed level which leads to an excellent fuel consumption rate and emission performance.
High-quality alloy cast iron and two cylinders with a head. Big diameter crankshaft and specially designed outline for better reliability and durability.
3. Crankshaft and Rod:
Robust and fully balanced crankshaft designed for more steady rotation and higher strength. Steel piston crown with oil gallery and aluminum skirts for better durability and low oil consumption.
4. Fuel system:
Unique Cummins PT fixture and Step Timing control for precise fuel injection, making fuel injection pressure above 120Mpa, which leads to an excellent fuel consumption rate and emission performance.
5. Lubrication system:
Dual spin-on filter can separate impurity above 10μm effectively. Low pressure (240-310Kpa) and steady temperature (100-120℃) system can reduce auxiliary power waste of lubricating oil pump.
7. Cooling system:
Great water pump and special channel design guarantees effective cooling process. Spin-in water filter makes coolant clean and keep it in normal acidity.
8. Exhaust system:
Advanced turbocharger and after-cooler technology, excellent fuel consumption rate and emission performance.
9. Electrical system:
24V cranking motor and 35A battery charging system. EFC governor system provides a perfect and instant response.

According to product design and end users' years experience, strictly following our operation manual and make genset load under 85% of prime power,
we guarantee the major overhaul terminal more than 15000 hours, and lifetime is over 20 years.
WARRANTY:
12 months or 1500 running hours warranty covering all manufacturing defects (whichever comes first)since leaving China port,
our company provides free easily-damaged parts for the faults caused by the quality of products or raw material,
but exclude the damageable parts of engine due to customer's incorrect man-made operation.
After expiration, our company provides spare parts with cost for maintnance forever.
