Working Principle of Screw filter press

The filter cylinder is composed of fixed rings, moving rings and screw shaft. Each moving

ring locates between the fixed rings. Moving rings' diameter is slightly smaller than outer

diameter of the screw. And its thickness is a little narrower than the space between fixed

rings. Driven by the screw shaft, moving rings are pushed up and down. As a result, mo-

ving rings clean solid out from gaps between fixed rings continuously and keep machine

working well from clogging.
