Specifications
The equipments for stone production line are our main products,our equipments are of high quality and competitive prices..Brief introduction of our quarry plantFirstly, stones are transferred to primary crusher (jaw crusher) through vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for fine crushing, and next the crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. Those crushed ones of unsuitable size will be transferred again back to the impact crusher for further crushing until all crushed materials become useful.
Usages of quarry plant
1. It is used for producing building aggregate, concrete, aggregate for road surface and roadbed, asphalt concrete and cement concrete.
2. It is also used for sand making and shaping in the field of engineering such as water conservancy, hydroelectric power, high-class highway, high-speed railway, passenger special line, bridge, airport pavement, municipal works and high-rise buildings.
3. It is used widely in many industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineer, mining, refractory materials, cement etc.
4. It is used for producing glass raw materials, quartz sand and other high purity materials.
