Rotary vibrating screen(the original HXS whirl screen )is a new high-accuracy fine grain sieve.Rotary vibrating screen(the original HXS whirl screen )is a new high-accuracy fine grain sieving device divided into ordinary motor type and vibrationg motor type,which have their perfprmance unceasingly improved through production by our company for years and have reached overseas similar type level.the ordinary motor circular rotational vibration screen adopts rail coupling gearing to drive weight dropper excitation,make screen body produce whirly vibration along a complex spatial three-dimensional curve so as to provide the screen body screening function .adjustment fo spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weight droppers can change movement trace of the material on screening surface.screen body excitation source is installed at eh screen bottom which is set up with various sieving frames and screen cloth racks,various parts fasten and form overall vibration,the vibration parts are supported by the spring vibration isolation (rubber spring or column helical spring ),the materials are fed through the hole at the top of the screen, the marking hole is at the frame side of each layer with its position variable .the spatial phase angle and movement trace of material feeding on the screen surface are shown by the diagram.
