The series is the first complete set of recycling equipment of waste and used printed circuit board in China. It has gotten the technical patent (patent no.: ZL 00206557.6).
The equipment adopts advanced, innovative physical recycling technics. It pulverizes and recycles waste and old printed circuit board. The purity of recycling metal can reach to 97%.
The highest amount of metal, Copper, accounts more than 17%. The gold and sliver is seperated in chemical way. Other epoxy resin, Bakelite and fiberglass are recycled to be used as floor brick, decorating material, insulating material, furniture, etc.

The whole set including:
Primary crusher –main grinder—classifier—Rotary screen——cyclone separating device—powder collector---dust catcher—other device
PCB waste recovery plant
Main equipment include: crusher, separator, classifier, analyzer, wind pressure conveyor, storage bin, feeding machine, dust cleaner, separator, closed-wind machine, storehouse, etc.
There are four steps to work:
1. First crushing (let the big board to some small)
2. Secondary crushing (let the small board to powder)
3. Classifier
4. Separate the products.
This plant has six major advantages:

1. Spares requirement: Vibration sieve, cutters
2. Final metals got is: copper particle, Aluminum particle
3. Delivery times: 18days after we received your 40% T/T down payment
4. payment term: T/T 40% first, balanced 60% against the copy of B/L
5. Warranty: The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of exporting date. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.
6. After sales support: we provide training for your workers free of charge in our factory, of course food and accommodation shall be also provided.
We also can send our engineer to your area to charge the installment and training.(relevant cost shall at your account)
7. Dust collector system: cyclone dust collector, pulsed jet cloth filter, Sponges filter dust. And celotex board shall be equiped
