Features of paper box folding machine
1. The Machine consists of feeding, paper correction, pre-folding, bottom locking, folding, full pressing, press and so on.
Feeding section:
1. 5 independent feeding belts ensure the stability of paper feeding and easy calibration.
2. Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure the blank in even distance, and stable
transmission
3. Pneumatic cutting lifting makes it easy to adjust the feeding belt.
Pre-folding section:
1. Double-board structure (with a set of pre-folding knife)
Bottom-gluing section
1. 3-board structure
2. Equipped with glue-applying device
Folding section :

Full pressing:
1.2-board structure
2.Two modes for pressing belt speeding:
1/Auto: set distance between boxes, pressing belt speed is the same as the machine,
belt removes while opto-electronic detect it.
2/Manual: pressing belt conveys in a fixed speed and machine speed will not put
any effect on it.
3/With counting device to count the finished boxes to match with boxes regulating,
easy to count and pack
Back machine
1. Equipped with feeding paper inspection device.
2. Equipped with impacting device to press the paper after accounting and make
it easy to pack paper.
