Q1:i want data about capacity of raw material how many KG of raw material and how many inputs gives me how many cartons ?
A: In general ,Per ton of paper can produce more than 10,000 egg tray
Q 2:Total electricity in 2 case , with oven and without
A : Without drying oven : consumption 40 kilowatts per hour ,
carts drying 45 kilowatts per hour , mesh belt dryer :50 kiowatts per hour
Q 3:total gas in case of gas oven ,total diesel in case of diesel oven
A :Gas :30 cubic meters or so. Diesel is about 20 kg
Q 4:Total water for 1000 KG wasted
A :It need about 1 ton water
Q 5: please tell me also can i mix dray Rice straw with wasted paper or not ?
A : yes , but it need to change the Pulp equipment , after change this equipment ,
The percentage of the dray rice straw 40% -60 % can be added
But the cost is higher, so we don't suggest you .
