2. forming system: Rotary forming machine, Molds, Roots vacuum pump, Screw Air Compressor, Vacuum buffer tank, Air compressor storage tank, White Water pump, High-pressure water pump, Refiner machine, Power cabinet for forming system
3. drying system: Conveyor, Blower, induced fan, Burner, Bellows, etc

HY-4 Layout of small model egg tray machine
1.
The Seller will send two engineers to the buyer’s factory, they are responsible for the instruction of installing machine and training the operator until the machine working normally. All the expenses out of china (including the round-trip air tickets, foods and hotel, salary 70usd/day/enginner) should be borne by the buyer. The buyer should prepare onetranslator for our engineers to communication.
2.
Forming machine warranty time: 12 month.
(not including the mould and quick-wear parts)
The seller will provide below quick-wear parts for free to buyer:
Proximity switch --10 units.
Solenoid valve –1 unit (10 leather packing)
Mold core –10 boxes

After guarantee period the Seller will send engineer on the Buyer’s request. All the expenses of this engineer will be borne by the Buyer’s company, and service charge will be negotiated by the Buyer and the Seller.

1. How many kind of types of molding system?
A:There are three types molding system, HY-4 has one side with 4 pieces molds, HY-16 has four sides with 16 pieces molds, HY-32 has 8 sides with 32 pieces molds. the mold is changeable according to customer's requestion.there also have many kind of shapes for eggs, shoes, wine, electric product.
2. How many dryer methods?
A:There are three drying types: drying by natural wind, drying by brick coneyor, drying by metal squared dryer
