Brief introduction:
Our coal briquette machine is used to press the dry powders especially the coal, charcoal and coke powders into the various shaped briquettes.
Working principle:
The raw materials are put under the tremendous pressure to be squeezed into the various shaped briquettes. Two rollers rotate in opposite directions and cause the considerable pressure.
The rollers are the main part of the machine. Made of 9Cr2Mo or 65Mn, our rollers have quite long application life.
Raw materials:
The materials are the metal, mineral, coal, coke and the charcoal powder.
Requirements:
1)size should be less than 3mm
2)moisture should be less than 15%
Final productions:
The final productions are the ball, oval, pillow and other shaped briquettes. Through high pressure they have the advantages of high density, hardness and strength. They are widely used in the refractory, metallurgy and other fields.
