Small Flat Die Wood Pellet Line
Machine introduction:
Small wood pellet production line mainly focus on small capacity like 200-300kg/h, 300-400kg/h, 400-500kg/h, 500 to 600kg/h. The best material dimension for producing pellets is 1 to 5mm, the best material moisture content for producing pellet is roughly 8 to 15%. Then, if your material has big difference with the above, don’t worry, this pellet production line can help you to make it perfect.
Complete wood pellet plant with small capacity
There are the crushing process, conveying process, drying process, conveying, pelletizing process and cooling process included in the line.
Crushing process:
If your machine diameter larger 5mm, then you need one set Crusher/Hammer Mill to reduce the larger size.
Drying process
If your machine moisture content higher than 15%, then you need one set Air Dryer to reduce the material moisture.
Pelletizing process
HSKLN series flat die pellet machine is special design for producing wood pellets. Adavantage of machine as following, please check:
1,Gearbox. There is the gearbox connect with machine. Thus rotating speed of main shaft is reduced. With the speed reducing, roller will have higher pressure for the die. It can help to increase pellets density.
2,Oil circulating system. There is the oil pump connect with machine. It will circulate oil between gearbox and machine shaft. Thus, it has the function of cooling shaft temperature, and to lubricate machine.
3,Rotating roller and stationary die. As we know, roller is work vertical on die. With the shaft speed reducing, it will increase machine pressure. Meanwhile, it will increase the density of fuel pellets.

Cooling process
It is one set Cooler for the cooling process. After pellets going through this part, you will get pellets with ready moisture, ready remperature and pure pellets.
