15t/h coal briquette press making line
The final briquettes need to go through the following steps :
1. Drying : because the appropriate moisture content for making briquettes is 8-12% , the moisture of material is more than 15% , you have to dry them firstly .
2. Crushing : the suitable size for making briquettes is less than 3mm , so the unsuitable size need to be crushed
3. Adding the dry powder binder : the whole line need two dosing hopper . One is to put raw material , the other is used to hold the dry binder .
4. Adding the liquid binder is this step , so you need one liquid mixer .
5. Mixing the material , dry binder , liquid binder .
6. Pre-pressing : before making briquettes , the use of pre-pressing machine is better . Which can improve the quality the final briquettes
7. Briquetting : after briquetting , you can get the final briquettes with different size , different shape .
8. Drying : the dryer here is used to dry the final briquettes .
