It can be as fuel replacing the coal, gas, electricity, its calorific value is
5000-6000kcal, 1 kg carbon black pellet can burn about 30 minuts.
5.Which binder will i need, and any additive for better combustion also?
The oil or oil slag are fine.
6.Will the low volatile matter and high sulfur be a problem in the application of the final product?
No, the ash after it burn, you can use it as fertilizer, because when we make the pellet, we add biomass material;
we also add the desulfurizer to reduce the sulfur.
7.How much percent of the oil to be put?
4-5% is okay.
8.What about the quality of the pellet?
It is good, it can be as fuel for boiler, refining equipment and so on. It can replace oil, gas, electricity.
9.What about the stability of the pellet?
Its density is 0.8-1.2g/m3.
10.How many people can operate the machine?
2 people can do it, it is easy to operate it.
