New technology pellet machinery is designed to process biomass materials, such as wood branch, sawdust, rice husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, alfalfa and cornstalk ect. It is suitable for many materials, such as wood, sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, wheat
bran, cornstock and cassava and so on. Gearbox made of high quality steel, the surface
carburizing, after grinding, smooth transmission, low noise, high load capacity, low
temperature, long life.
Spare parts:
Service life of roller and die is 300-500 hours under normal running condition. Most of
dies can be used on both sides, it is recommended to replace roller and die at the same
time. Make sure there are no hard materials mixed with raw materials. Because it is
easy to destory the die and roller.
Working principle: If it is the first time to use this machine, please debug it first. If your raw materials are not powdery, you should crush them into powdery.Then you should confirm that the moisture of your raw materials at about 12%-18%. You can change the length of final product according to different dies. When everything is prepared, you can start the pellet machine.

Question: Motor halts suddenly
Answers: 1. Voltage is low.
2. Pressure between roller and die is too high.
Solutions: 1. Start the mill again when voltage is stable.
2. Adjust the clearance between die and rollers.
