This alloy steel can decrease the temperture of the gear, increase capacity, improve load-bearing capacity, and make it durable, can be used for a long time.
You can chang the length of final product by choosing different mold with different hole diameter.

The roller, die, bearing, dust cover of shaft and grease seal belong to wearing parts, when
operating the machine, please notice that whether stone or other hard things mixed in the
materials, and use binder reasonablly.

Power:
As for the power, you can choose the gasoline engine driven, diesel engine driven or electric
motor driven. And we have many different models with different output, they can meet
different required capacity.
Here are different models you can choose:
Materials: Your raw materials must be powdery, if not, you need a crusher to crush them. And the moisture should be about 12%-18%, if not, you should dry them or add more water. You should debug the pellet machine before using it, when everything is prepared, you can start it.

You can choose different die with different hole diameter, can adjust the length by the cutter to
attach your requirement.
Packing: The whole machine is not easy to pack, so first packed in plastic film by seperated parts, the plastic film can make the machine avoid rusting, then packed in fumigation-free wooden case.

Question: Motor halts suddenly
Answers: 1. Voltage is low.
2. Pressure between roller and die is too high.
Solutions: 1. Start the mill again when voltage is stable.
2. Adjust the clearance between die and rollers.
