Components of the solder wire drawing machine
I:Block
The block of the solder wire drawing machine are made of cast steel.heat treatment after rough producing process. The inside surface of the fine wire block are aluminium pasting.
II: Die box
The hard alloy are fixed in the die box inlet, which make the guiding direction.
The screw are made of tin bronze,which located in the top and nuts of the die box.
The die box which can be fixer at a height can be moved up and down, front to back, left to right by the turning roller.
III:Gear box:
The gear box use VG220 comopound gear oil.
IV:Safety cover
The safety cover is operated by the spring. You should close it before the fine wire drawing machine begine to work. If you forget this point, the machine will work in a very slow speed.
