The Charcoal carbonization stove is used to make the charcoals by dry installation and mositure removement in the oxygen free atomosphere.
The principle of the Charcoal carbonization stove
The Charcoal carbonization stove use the high temperature and dry carbonization process to make charcoals. Its equipment use high temperature cooling system to cool the charcoals products so less cooling time will be needed.
The feature of the Charcoal carbonization stove
I: smokeless: the gas which produce in the carbonization process would be reuse by the Charcoal carbonization stove . The little water vapor would be come out into the atomosphere.

The process of the Charcoal carbonization stove
I: heating process
at first, hard fire are used to improve the temprature of the Charcoal carbonization stove . After half an hour, you should use one line fire to remove the moisture of the materials.
II:pyrolyse and dry distillation the materials.
After the moisture are almost removed, the process is a chemical action to make charcoal by pyrolyse and distillation process. In this process, the wood tar would be produced. My factory design a purification tank to collect the wood tar.
III: the cooling process
When there are almost no smoke appears in th process, the carbonization process are ended.Hang the inner port out and seal the pipes of the cover.
Let is cooling by wind or naturally or water. When the temperature comes to 50 centi degree, you can make the charcoals out from the inner port.
The components of the Charcoal carbonization stove
I: inner port
This part include inner tank and sealed top libs. they are made of wear resistence materials. The three steel baskets are packed together. It would be easy to ship.
II: outer port
The heating room are used to heat the stove.
The furnace body are made of good quality bricks.
The heat keeping layer is heating insulting materials to keep heat.
III: purification tank
The purification tank and exhausted-gas recycling pipe are contained.It is used to purify the smoke by cooling scream technique and filter the wood tar. The smoke after the purification tank would be water vapore to the aire and no polution to the environment.
IV:smoke recycling tube
During the process of carbonization, there would be some combustible smoke appears.Then the smoke will go back to the furnace by the purifying tube.After purifying, the smoke will return to the outer stove to reheat.
VI:the hoisting equipment
It includes the steel hoist frame and Electric Hoist. It is easy for you to load the hot inner port out of the furnace to prohibide the burning accident in the whole process. and that only need one person to work. That will save your worker and your investment. my telephone+8615639726535
