What's Wood Charcoal Making Klin :
1) The wood carbonization klin of "Lantian" is a new kind of product, it uses dry distillation carbonization principle, carbonizing the briquettes of woodiness materials (such as sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, straw, bark, etc) through hypoxia heating, generate combustible gas, tar and carbon.
2) Our newly designed wood carbonization klin, adopts the technology that can recory, purify, and circulate the combustible gas such as Carbon Monoxide, Methane, Oxygen, etc, when it is working. It not only saved the problems of pollution to the environment from the smoke produced when carbonizing, but also solve the heating problems of charcoal briquette rquipment.
3) Fully achieved the purposes of autonomous self, highly improved the continuity, economy, make full use of agriculture and forestry residues, turn the "waste" into "wealth", relieve the tense of the supply and demand of resources of forestry, have done more contribution for green environment.
Characteristics of Wood Charcoal Making Klin ?
1. New type of carbonization equipment, production higher than general furnace, fast speed, high carbon, simple operation.
2. With smoke purification device, can store tar, no leakage, long service life.
3. Suitable for wood, logs, mechanism charcoal, nut shell, bamboo, etc, different shapes biomass raw material.
4. Volume with four cubic, six cubic, eight cubic, ten cubic, raw material carbon rate is more than 40-60%, finshed prduct ration is more than 95%.
5. Labor saving, time saving, one can operate several carbonization stove at the same time, with power of 1.5kw (this is fan power).
6. With gasifier device, the smoke can be self used and can also be recycled for heating, cooking, drying.
